Your Zooboo order is on its way

Looking for an update on your order? Your personal order-status link is the best place to check its progress and find shipment tracking when available.

Check your orders in your account

Sign in to your Zooboo account to view your orders. Use the email address you entered at checkout, then select an order to check its status and available tracking information.

Prefer to use your confirmation email? Follow the steps below.

Find your order update

1. Find your confirmation email. Search your inbox for “Zooboo” and check your spam or promotions folder too. Use the email address you entered at checkout.
2. Locate your order number. Look in your order confirmation for the order number, usually shown with a #. Keep it handy if you need help.
3. Open your personal order-status link. In your order confirmation, look for “View your order” or a similar link. If your parcel has shipped, check your shipping confirmation for the tracking link or tracking number.
4. Follow your parcel. Open the tracking link provided in your shipping email or on your order-status page to see the available delivery updates.

No tracking update yet?

Tracking may not be available until your order has shipped, and carrier updates can take time to appear after dispatch. Check your personal order-status link after some time for the latest available information.

Need a little help?

Reply to your Zooboo order confirmation email with your order number and your question so we can help you find the right update. If you cannot find that email, use the contact details on our website and include the email address used at checkout.

A little privacy reminder: Your order-status link is personal to you. Do not share it, your delivery address, or other order details in public comments. This page does not ask you to enter order information into a public tracking form.
