Veena Seshadri

Veena Seshadri is a Bangalore based editor and writer whose work has been featured in publications in India and abroad, and broadcast by the BBC World Service and AIR. She has been awarded the first prize in the Hindu-Picador, Femina, and British Council short story competitions, and in the British Council All India Playwriting Competition. She has written books for children, such as The Man Who Thought He Was Smarter than His Wife, and The Woodcutter of Gura, and has worked on five children’s magazines as an editor and content provider.
