How do I edit my order?
Any changes to the address and phone number can be made from the order history section of your account before the order gets dispatched. For any changes to the book, we are afraid it wont be possible once the order has been sent for printing. We would suggest that you write to us at customerservice@zoomin.com and the team will get back to you.

The name I have entered has a spelling mistake, how do I correct it?
Any changes to an order once it has been sent for printing won't be possible. We would suggest that you write to us at customerservice@zoomin.com and the team will get back to you with the appropriate resolution.

Where can I enter my coupon code?
On the checkout page under the “Apply Coupon Code” section before making the payment.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
We would like to know what you didn’t like & mend it for you. If you receive a damaged product we will send you another copy of the storybook. Refunds will be done on a case to case basis & will be handled by our CS team.

I missed adding the dedication message, can I add it now?
Write your personal note to us at customerservice@zoomin.com and we will fix it on our end if the order is not printed.

My order hasn't arrived. What now?
You can check the order history section of your account which will have the latest information and the courier tracking number.

I forgot to use the coupon code - what now?
Write to us at cs@zoomin.com and we will offer you the credit for the same.

Where can I track the status of my order?
On your email. You will be notified with the tracking number once the order is shipped. You can also check under the order history section of your account which will have the latest update on the status of your order.

Can I use more than one voucher per order?
Sorry, you can use only one voucher at a time!

How long does it take to get my book?
You can choose. Delivery depends on the shipping mode you select.

If the order is a gift, is there an invoice in the package?
Invoice will be attached on the outer covering. It cannot be removed as it is needed by our courier partners.
