How do I edit my order?
Any changes to the address and phone number can be made from the order history section of your account before the order gets dispatched. For any changes to the book, we are afraid it wont be possible once the order has been sent for printing. We would suggest that you write to us at hello@zooboo.com and the team will get back to you.
The name I have entered has a spelling mistake, how do I correct it?
Any changes to an order once it has been sent for printing won't be possible. We would suggest that you write to us at hello@zooboo.com and the team will get back to you with the appropriate resolution.
Where can I enter my coupon code?
On the checkout page under the “Apply Coupon Code” section before making the payment.
Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
We would like to know what you didn’t like & mend it for you. If you receive a damaged product we will send you another copy of the storybook. Refunds will be done on a case to case basis & will be handled by our CS team.
I missed adding the dedication message, can I add it now?
