How do I edit my order?
Any changes to the address and phone number can be made from the order history section of your account before the order gets dispatched. The name I have entered has a spelling mistake, how do I correct it?
Any changes to an order once it has been sent for printing won't be possible. We would suggest that you write to us at hello@zooboo.com and the team will get back to you with the appropriate resolution.
Where can I enter my coupon code?

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
We would like to know what you didn’t like & mend it for you. If you receive a damaged product we will send you another copy of the storybook. Refunds will be done on a case to case basis & will be handled by our CS team.
